Scottish death metallers CEREBRAL BORE are preparing to enter the studio to record a brand new track.
CEREBRAL BORE are heading to Foel Studio in Wales for two days with producer CHRIS FIELDING, who also produced the band’s debut album, MANIACAL MISCREATION, to record the as-yet untitled new track.
CEREBRAL BORE guitarist PAUL MCGUIRE comments:
“We have decided to go into the studio and bash out some new material, and get an idea of how the new stuff will sound on the upcoming album. We have a lot of work going on right now with writing and touring, and we think that our fans deserve to hear some new material. Hopefully this will whet some appetites for the album which will be worked on in the coming months. We get to go back to Foel studios, where we recorded the debut album, and work again with Chris Fielding, who also produced our debut album. Working with Chris is great, and his work rate is through the roof, so it keeps the energy up and makes the whole process fast and exciting. With any luck, we will come out with something that does us justice, and slaughters the listener and their immediate family”
Following their time in the studio, CEREBRAL BORE will be heading to Manchester for a special show as part of HMV’s Next Big Thing on February 11th with EVILE and SAVAGE MESSIAH, before jetting off to the USA and Canada for a tour with GOATWHORE and HATE ETERNAL.
