When CackBlabbath first reviewed KTP’s debut album Diaspora in 2010 we were impressed by its eclectic sound and good time vibe. The Niemandt brothers left Zimbabwe and wound up in the beautiful surroundings of, erm, Reading where the band have been gigging ever since.
The brothers clearly draw a great deal of inspiration from the African rhythms of their native land which they blend with rock’n'roll guitars to produce something that is not quite like anything else that is out there, Funky, heavy and loaded with with massively infectious tribal beats.
Being unique is a rare thing these days, but there’s no one that sounds quite like the Kamikaze Test Pilots.

Zimbabwe Achievers Awards and Zimfest. Playing to 2000 and 5000 people respectively
Plans For The Future :
To finish our album, then to get signed, then to tour and ROCK!, then rock some more in overseas places and make enough money to pay the rent!
