What’s been the band’s highlight of 2010?
There has been many highlight for 2010, Hammerfest, wizzfest, Bloodstock, the headline tour, Y&T tour, Z7. The release of the new album.
Thinking back to a year ago, have you achieved what you hoped to?
Yes absolutely and more. Its been a fantastic year.
What are the ambitions for the coming year ?
More touring, we already have another headline tour lined up in the UK. and some european dates. Plus we have the tour with Saxon & Wolfspane in April.
Where would you like to see the band this time next year ?
Further on than we are now. Still touring, and still hard at it!
If you could play one UK festival next year, which one would it be ?
Mainstage Bloodstock,
What has been your favourite album of 2010 ?
Tricky, theres so many. But ‘Facemelter’ Y&T. And not because we toured with them aswell. I’m a fan, and its a truly awesome album! Slash’s new album, and of course Motorhead ‘The world is yours’.
And what is the best gig you have seen in 2010 ?
I’d have to go for Glenn Hughes @ Holmfirth Picturedrome!
2011 looks like being a good year for gigs, any you are particularly looking forward to ?
Our Biggest London Show to date, and St Georges Day special. Saxon + Wolfspane + Fury UK @ Shepherds Bush Empire
If you could go on tour with any band or musician, who would you pick ?
Motorhead, Judas Priest,
What would you like Santa to bring you ?
Lots of JD, maybe some new socks!
